The Kenyan cashew nuts are from the cashew apple tree which is originally from Brazil but it is
from the coastal belt of Kenya now.

Characteristics of The Kenyan Cashew Nuts

  • Origin: From traditional producers of Kwale, Kilifi, Mombasa, Tana River and Lamu Countries.
  • Shape: Curved and triangular shells
  • Mouth: No additives; 100% pure; Dry and crunchy
  • Nutritional values: High value nutrition; Magnesium 73% per seed; Diatery fiber 13%; Protein 36%; Iron 37% (per daily value for enhance oxygen in blood). Vitamin B6.
  • Grades: W180, W210, W240, W320, W450, LWP and WS.

Cashew Nuts conservation: Dry storage with a moisture content of at least 8%.
